Overview
A production-grade inventory and manufacturing workflow system for aluminium section factories. It digitises the journey from raw aluminium waste to finished section bundles and dispatch, using barcode-driven bundle management and real-time inventory updates.
The challenge
Factories often track production bundles and dispatch records in manual registers or Excel sheets. That leads to stock mismatches, calculation errors, poor transparency and difficulty tracing where a bundle went. The aim was a structured, reliable and scalable system for accurate stock tracking and operational visibility.
What we built
- Bundle management: create bundles, generate Code 128 barcodes, print and reprint labels, track Produced or Dispatched status
- Inventory: real-time stock, section-wise and bundle-wise tracking, production versus dispatch reconciliation
- Dispatch: dispatch processing, history and date-filtered reports
- Reporting: daily, monthly and custom-range reports with a dashboard of operational KPIs
