Designing Windows & Doors

Build a window or door section by section — choose the track type (2-track, 3-track, or openable), whether it's all glass or glass with a mosquito mesh (and the mesh grade: 304 SS, 316 SS, fibre, or aluminium), how many shutters it has, and its exact height and width.
Openable systems ask for a number of panels instead of a track type — the form adapts automatically to the profile you pick.
Enter dimensions in millimetres, feet, or trade-standard inch-dora shorthand (e.g. 47-3) — switch units any time without losing your entries.
See a live drawing of the window update instantly as you change the dimensions, so you can visually check the design before committing to it.
Built-in checks stop you from entering impossible or unrealistic sizes, with clear messages telling you what to fix.
Set your saw kerf width once — it's remembered and factored into every cutting calculation from then on.

Automatic Material Calculation & Cutting Plans

Instantly calculates exactly how much aluminium is needed — frame, shutter, interlock, track, and mullion pieces — for the design you've built.
Also works out how much glass, mosquito mesh, and small hardware (like track caps and channels) is required.
Figures out the smartest way to cut standard-length aluminium bars (16 ft, 15 ft, or 12 ft) to get the most pieces out of them with the least material wasted, and tells you the wastage percentage.
Calculates the finished weight of the aluminium profile used, based on your own per-kg-per-foot weights.

Saving & Managing Designs (Worksheets)

Save any calculated design as a "Worksheet" so you can come back to it later without redoing the math.
A dashboard shows all your saved worksheets in one place for quick access.
Every worksheet gives you three print-ready views: a summary Report (with weight and material totals), a Cutting Plan (a plain, bar-by-bar cut list), and a full Windows List with diagrams — switch between them instantly without re-loading.
A separate Combine Worksheets report adds up the profile, frame, shutter, and interlock quantities across several worksheets at once — handy for placing a single bulk material order that covers multiple projects or clients.

Building Customer Quotations

Create a quotation straight from a saved worksheet, or use Manual Quotation mode to type in sections on the spot when there's no worksheet yet — a fast, spec-only path for jobs that don't need the full material-calculation engine.
Similar window systems are automatically grouped so you only need to set one price for each system, saving time.
Choose how each aluminium category is priced — by weight (₹/kg), by length (₹/ft), or as a flat rate per piece — and optionally combine frame, shutter, and interlock into a single "material" line at one common rate, still expandable to see each part's own weight.
Set your own rates for glass, mesh, rubber, brush, and coating.
Add extra hardware items to the quote (like rollers, handles, or locks) with their own quantity and price — the system remembers your usual rates and suggests them automatically.
Add labor costs the way that suits you: a flat fee, a percentage of material cost, a rate per square foot, or itemized by task (cutting, glazing, fitting, etc.).
Add overhead costs, discounts (flat amount or percentage), your profit margin, and tax — correctly split between CGST/SGST or IGST depending on whether it's a local or out-of-state customer.
Optionally add installation and delivery/transport charges as separate line items.
Override the price of any single line item with your own flat ₹/sq.ft rate — mark it "GST Included" and the quotation will correctly show that line's own tax breakdown without taxing it a second time in the overall total.
A running total panel shows your full internal cost breakdown as you work — this is never shown to the customer.
Save quotations as drafts, finalize them, and track their status as they move from Draft → Sent → Accepted or Rejected.
Capture customer details — name, phone, billing address, delivery address, and any reference number — and save a client once to reuse on future quotations.
Duplicate an existing quotation as a fresh editable draft — the quickest way to revise one that's already been sent or printed.

Internal Cost Sheet

A separate, internal-only Cost Sheet for every quotation, showing your true production cost and resulting profit margin side by side with what the customer was actually billed — including the effect of any manual rate override.
Never visible to the customer, and never affected by locking a quotation for print.

Printing & Sharing

One-click Print or Save-as-PDF for a clean, professional, customer-ready quotation, invoice, worksheet report, cutting plan, or windows list.
Every printed document and browser tab shows its own proper title — the document name, number, and date — instead of a generic app name, so saved PDFs are easy to find and file.
Switch between mm, ft, and inches on any printed document, independent of your account's default.
Share a document straight to WhatsApp (or any other app) via your device's native share sheet, where your browser supports it — where it isn't supported, the plain Print/Save-as-PDF option always works.
Printing a quotation locks it from further edits, so a sent quote can't be quietly changed after the fact — duplicate it to make revisions.

Invoices

Generate a tax invoice directly from a quotation — buyer details and line items are pulled across automatically — or create one from scratch for a sale that never went through a quotation.
Set GST separately for the whole invoice or per line item, with an HSN code per line, and choose CGST+SGST or IGST.
Invoices are numbered automatically by financial year (e.g. INV-2026-27-0001), with your own configurable prefix.
Track status from Draft through Issued, then Paid or Cancelled; an issued invoice locks from further edits, keeping your records consistent with what the customer actually received.

Setting Up Your Business Once

A Rate Card page where you set your default prices — aluminium pricing mode and rates, glass rates, hardware rates, rubber/brush/coating rates, usual labor method, overhead, profit margin, tax rate, HSN codes, standard terms & conditions, and your default display unit — so every new quotation starts pre-filled with your numbers.
An admin area to manage the shared catalog of aluminium systems/profiles (including a per-profile weight override) and the hardware catalog used throughout the calculator.
Configure which "spec" fields (colour, mesh grade, handle, locking, hinge, notes, and more) show up on your quotation line items and printed documents.
A company profile page — name, address, phone, GST number, logo, and bank details — feeding every printed document and invoice.
